Taking the harmonic form of B Minor Scale and giving each note a scale degree number, we have:

Primary Triads (Chords) in the Key of B Minor
Building chords on 1st, 4th and 5th notes of the scale, we get the primary triads.
- Chord i – B Minor: B D F#
- Chord iv – E Minor: E G B
- Chord V – F# Major: F# A# C#
Secondary Triads (Chords) in the Key of B Minor
Building chords on 2nd, 3rd and 6th notes of the scale, we get the secondary triads.
- Chord ii° – C# diminished: C# E G
- Chord iii+ – D Augmented: D F# A#
- Chord VI – G Major: G B D
- Chord vii° – A# diminished: A# C# E
Extended Chords
Now we will build the four-note seventh chords using the notes of B Minor scale.
- B Minor-Major 7th: B D F# A#
- C# Half-diminished: C# E G B
- E Minor 7th: E G B D
- F# Dominant 7th (A7): F# A# C# E
- G Major 7th: G B D F#
- A# diminished 7th: A# C# E G
Note that we have omitted the seventh chord on the 3rd note (D) of the scale since it does not produce any recognizable sound.
